Prepare for Loss of Signal

Builders, designers, and makers share a common set of tools. Bridges, medical devices, laws: no matter what is under construction, these are people who use their tools to produce something usable for the benefit of other people. The goal of this website is to direct focused attention on and to substantially improve usability. I am specifically interested in information usability. We are drowning in information. Every day. All the time. But it isn't enough to collect more and more information if we never convert what we already have into something useful: knowledge. This site is my humble attempt, even though the goal might be impossible to achieve. I'm going to give it a try anyway. If you agree to visit my projects with an open mind and an open heart, perhaps I'll come closer to hitting the mark.
